We are Constudent Arrendamentos and we have a large experience (since 2012) in housing students (mainly Erasmus students) and young workers.

Since the beggining our goal is to provide the best experience to our tenants offering all the quality and support you need carrying out your studies/work in our magic city.

The apartments and residence are located near the metro stations of Marquês and Combatantes.
 

It's a great, quiet and secure area, located at city center at the same distance from Universities and the best entertainment places of the city.
 

Our monthly prices are from 190€ - 260€ (individual rooms) to 160 - 190€ (each person in a double room), plus electrical and water consumption.

The rent includes a weekly cleaning of the common areas (more often in the residence), all bed linnen, bath towels, fast internet, and more.

​

All our rooms have an heater inside.
