Constudent Residence is an old dream of Joana and Emanuel that is coming to reality!!

Instead of an apartment, is a house with a garden, with a total of 8 rooms for a capacity of 14 students. It has 3 individual rooms, 4 double rooms and 1 triple room.

The kitchen is connected to a marquise where that will work has a dinning room, connected to the living room and the garden.

​

It has a complete bathroom, a balneary with two showers and three toilets, and the triple room has a complete bathroom for their service.

The concept is of the trully student residence.

Room 1 and 2: 250€

Room 3 (double room): 170€ each person (320€ as individual)

Room 4: 260€

Room 5,7 and 8 (double rooms): 180€ each person (330€ as individual)

Room 6 (double room): 190€ each person (340€ as individual)
